This is the moment a speeding Hyundai crashes into a Lada Granta as it drives through a crossroads after failing to give way.
The collision happened at an intersection in Syzran, Samara Oblast, in Russia, on 14th October.
Dashcam footage shows the South Korean SUV travelling at high speed as it crosses the junction before slamming into the Russian-made saloon.
The Lada can be seen spinning around from the force of the impact and the Hyundai is thrown into the middle of the road, leaving their front ends badly damaged.
A 39-year-old woman driving the Hyundai was injured and required medical attention at the scene.
The 64-year-old driver of the Lada suffered light injuries and was treated by paramedics who arrived shortly after.
Police said the Lada driver had been travelling from Internatsionalnaya Street towards Frunze Street and failed to give way to the Hyundai IX35, which was moving towards Ulitsa Urickogo.
Traffic on the stretch of road was temporarily disrupted while emergency services cleared the wreckage.
Regional police reported that 14 traffic accidents occurred in Samara Oblast that day, leaving 15 people injured, including three children.
Officers also recorded 443 traffic violations, among them 86 for illegal window tinting and 19 for driving under the influence.
