This is the moment a Ukrainian drone allegedly struck a car in the centre of Belgorod, sending it up in flames before passersby rushed to pull the occupants to safety.
The footage, released by regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, shows the car driving along a city street when an explosion rips through it.
Smoke pours from the vehicle as it swerves, turns sharply, and crashes into the roadside.
The driver and one passenger manage to climb out while bystanders run towards the wreck to help free a third person trapped inside.
Firefighters arrive shortly afterwards to put out the blaze.
Officials said three civilians were injured. A man and his wife were taken to hospital with burns to their forearms, and a third victim was treated for injuries from the blast’s shockwave and a shrapnel wound to the leg.
The Belgorod attack happened on 14th August, close to the border with Ukraine.
Earlier the same morning, a drone also damaged the city’s regional government building, although no one was hurt.
On the same day in Rostov-on-Don, another Ukrainian drone struck an apartment building, injuring 13 people, two of them seriously, local authorities said.
The strikes came a day before a scheduled US-Russia summit on the war in Ukraine.
