LOG JAM – Timber Truck Mishap Leaves Trunks Blocking Road To Traffic

This is the moment a timber truck trailer tips over while overtaking a car and spills its load of logs across the road.

The incident happened in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, on 8th August.

Dashcam footage shows the lorry overtaking a passenger car before the driver veers out of the trajectory of movement.

The trailer then topples onto its side, sending dozens of logs rolling across the tarmac.

Some bounce and spin towards oncoming traffic as vehicles brake sharply to avoid them.

According to preliminary reports, no one was injured in the accident.

The crash has been compared to a famous scene from the horror film ‘Final Destination’, in which a lorry’s timber load breaks loose and causes a deadly pile-up.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
