This is the shocking moment a bus packed with passengers crashes into a toll booth and flips over on its side, spilling people onto the road.
The accident happened on the M-4 "Don" highway in the Kireevsky District of the Tula region, Russia, at 6:45am on Tuesday, 5th August.
CCTV footage shows the bus travelling at speed in thick fog before slamming into a buffer barrier at the toll collection point, causing it to overturn and partially roll onto its side.
Several passengers can be seen spilling from the vehicle onto the road surface.
Preliminary reports suggest the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel before the second driver attempted to take control, but was unable to stop the vehicle skidding in the poor conditions.
The bus was travelling from Stakhanov in the so-called Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) to Moscow and was carrying 48 passengers and two drivers at the time of the crash.
A total of 39 people were injured in the accident, according to the Ministry of Health, including three children.
Authorities confirmed that the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
