This is the moment a car smashes through a bridge guardrail and plunges off the side before coming to rest by a river.
The incident happened in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, China, on 16th August.
CCTV footage shows the Audi car suddenly swerving into the opposite lane before smashing through the metal barrier and flying off the edge.
Other vehicles travelling on and below the Siyang Bridge can be seen narrowly avoiding the out-of-control car.
The vehicle eventually came to a stop at the edge of the river beneath the bridge.
Police arrived at the scene shortly afterwards and cordoned off the area.
Staff from the Siyang Emergency Management Bureau confirmed that no one was injured.
Officials have said the public security department is investigating the cause of the crash.
