This is the moment a stray bull sitting in the middle of the road is struck by a car and rolled along the tarmac for several metres as the vehicle drives over the top of it.
The incident occurred in Bilaspur, in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, at around 9:45pm on 2nd August.
CCTV footage from the roadside shows the bull apparently already sitting in the road when it is hit and then rolled by the impact of the oncoming car.
The white vehicle approaches at speed without slowing or swerving before crashing directly into the animal.
As the car continues forward, it drives on top of the bull before passing over it and speeding away without stopping.
The animal’s legs can be seen flailing under the car’s bumper as it is pushed along the asphalt, with sparks appearing to fly from underneath the vehicle before the footage cuts out.
There were no immediate reports on the condition of the bull, which is seen struggling to stand after the car disappears.
