This is the moment two villagers carry a sick cow weighing 450 lbs on their backs through steep mountain terrain to reach a vet for emergency treatment.
The incident took place in Kurai village in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, and the video was posted on 3rd August.
Footage shows two men with the cow strapped to their backs using ropes as they navigate an uphill trail while other men walk closely behind, offering support as they cross broken paths damaged by recent heavy rains.
The men continue climbing with the animal over a reported distance of around 400 metres toward the main road, while other villagers follow and assist where needed.
According to local reports, the cow belonged to a man named Deep Ram Sharma and had been seriously ill for several days.
With roads washed out and impassable due to monsoon rains, the nearest veterinary hospital in Gudah, three kilometres (1.8 miles) away, could not be reached by vehicle. Carrying the animal by foot was the only option.
The two men identified as brothers Dayaram and Lal Singh volunteered to carry the cow, risking injury to themselves to ensure it received urgent medical attention.
The cow was eventually treated at the animal clinic and was reported to have recovered fully after a day of care.
