A biker babe with a passion for riding motorbikes has died in a horrific crash after veering off the road and overturning in a ditch.

Eda Kocin, 26, was riding on the back of a motorcycle driven by a friend along the Cameli–Fethiye highway in Turkey's Mugla Province, when the accident occurred.

According to reports from 18th August, the friend, identified only as H.M.D., suddenly lost control of the bike and they overturned in a ditch.

Witnesses alerted emergency services, who rushed both riders to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.

Tragically Eda, who worked as a security guard, was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Her friend reportedly remains hospitalised with unspecified injuries.

Eda often shared photos and videos on social media where she posed with motorbikes and documented her travel adventures.

She also posted snaps with her boyfriend, who has not been named, and it is currently unclear if he was the person involved in the fatal crash.

Eda's funeral took place on 18th August at the Cameli district.

The cause of the accident is currently being investigated by authorities.
