SCOOTER HIT-AND-RUN – Moment Teenagers Crash Into Child And Flee

This is the moment two teenagers riding a scooter plough into a small child before fleeing the scene.

The accident happened in the Angarsky settlement in Volgograd, Russia, and was reported on 16th August.

In the video, the scooter is seen turning a corner along a street at speed before it crashes into the child, sending him tumbling onto the road.

A woman accompanying the child and who appears to be his mother starts to argue with the teenagers, who seemingly yell back at her before they take off and leave the scene.

The boy was later diagnosed with multiple bruises and abrasions on his arms and legs.

Police confirmed that the scooter driver has already been identified and detained.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Volgograd Region said the case is under investigation.

Officials have not disclosed whether the parents of the teenagers will face any punishment.
