This is the moment a passenger train crashes into a lorry that has stopped on the tracks after it stalled and forced its driver to abandon it.
The collision happened near the Mordves station in the Venevsky district of Tula Oblast, Russia, on Monday, 11th August.
Video shows the lorry on the rails as the train approaches and slams into it, sending debris flying.
Railway officials said the trucker had driven onto the crossing in front of the train before stalling on the tracks.
The train driver applied emergency braking, but the distance was too short to avoid the crash.
The driver managed to jump out of the lorry before the impact and was not injured.
No one on the train was hurt.
The train received only minor damage and was not derailed but was delayed almost three hours for checks and investigators worked to establish why the lorry remained on the tracks.
